The value which I resonate with the most is 'Relationship First'. Having long term relationships built on honesty, trust and transparency are key in this industry. Staying connected to candidates we place and continuing to act as advisors during their journey is what makes this profession so rewarding.

During my interview process, I could feel that there was a genuine interest in who I am and what I can contribute, not only as an employee but as a person. This made me confident that Kea looks at each employee holistically, so I knew that my professional development would be supported alongside my personal growth.
