In a nutshell, my day-to-day consists of diary, travel & inbox management for both Caroline and Kadeem. However, my role requires me to ensure Kea’s Chair & CEO can perform as efficiently and effectively as possible, so not only do I work alongside them to schedule client and candidate meetings, I am also heavily involved in helping them streamline personal tasks so they can thrive both at work and in their home lives.

I had an immediate instinct that it would be the right fit for me.
Kea felt warm and friendly, but professional which is what I was seeking in my next role. Kea embraces each team member for who they are and allows them to develop as individuals. I have to say my instinct was correct!

Which of the Kea values speaks to you the most?

LC

Relationship First. Life is a lot easier when you have the ability to develop and maintain good relationships. This is something I build into my personal life, but it extends through to my role here at Kea. This value is always at the forefront of my mind when speaking with clients and candidates.
