How have your outside passions & previous career/education influenced your time at Kea/your day to day?
HCH
My background in events production has definitely shaped how I work as an Office Manager. I’m used to thinking through all the small details, planning ahead, and considering different scenarios so nothing gets missed. Events also meant working to tight deadlines and juggling lots of moving parts, which is a good foundation for managing multiple tasks at once and staying organised when things get busy.

How does your personal life interplay with Kea’s values?

My previous company went into liquidation whilst I was on maternity leave so starting a new role as a new mum felt quite daunting. But from the very beginning, it was clear that Kea genuinely cares about creating a family friendly workplace. I’ve felt supported from day one, which honestly made such a difference. Since I started, we’ve welcomed two more babies to the company, and it’s been really nice to see those family policies actually being used and lived, not just written down.
