Most of my day is spent liaising with candidates, clients, and my team to ensure that interview processes are running smoothly and efficiently. A big part of this involves building relationships with everyone involved and ensuring that people feel positive about their interactions with us here at Kea.

The Kea value of Relationship First is the one that speaks to me the most. People are at the heart of our job, and I think this is something that is so important to remember. We are working with people who have their own lives, their own commitments, and their own opinions, so nuance and flexibility are essential on a day-to-day basis.

How have you developed at Kea?
PL
Before I started at Kea, I was working as a translator and proof-reader in the field of Life Sciences. I knew more or less nothing about finance, investment banking, or any of the other things we work on, so the main development is that I have gained a significant amount of knowledge in these areas. I have also had the chance to further develop my project management skills and involve myself in more research-based work alongside the wider team.

The main thing I enjoy about the role is the variety.Each day is different, both in the range of tasks I am carrying out and in the people I interact with. There is always something new to do or something different to prioritise, and this ensures that there are always opportunities for learning and facing fresh challenges.
