What made you join Kea?

When I first interviewed with Kea, I was unaware of the buyside headhunting space and sceptical about recruitment as a career. One conversation with Colum, a VP here at Kea, who interviewed me on a fundamentally human level, changed how I considered the industry. Since that first conversation, the people in the Kea team have consistently made it evident that this decision was the right one. Both professionally and personally.

What fills your diary on a day-to-day basis?

My days are filled with conversations with interesting people and continual learning. Alongside search and research work, I am currently helping build out new research products across both the Middle East and non-investing roles.
