My role at Kea is to ensure rigorous financial and operational management. As a fractional CFO, I focus on helping ambitious entrepreneurial businesses grow. I was attracted to Kea because of its clear focus on developing the best people to deliver the best service to our clients. This is something I am already very proud of.

In my free time, I am an ultra-runner and long-distance triathlete. I completed my last Ironman triathlon at the age of 57 and still take on running challenges up to 24 hours in duration. I strongly believe that "you can, because you think you can", and have proved this to myself through numerous endurance endeavours. I also run my own charitable trust, The Andy Thomson Foundation. Our largest donation this year has been to the Move Against Cancer charity, where we are a key supporter, assisting them in their goal of improving the wellbeing of cancer sufferers through physical activity.
