Kea Consultants is delighted to announce that Kadeem Houson has been appointed CEO of the business. He will take up the role at the beginning of September 2022.
Kadeem joined Kea Consultants as an intern shortly after graduating from University College London and has since worked his way up the business, taking on research and consulting roles before becoming Director in 2018 and Partner in 2021.
He takes over the CEO role from Kea’s Founder Caroline Sage, who will move into a Chair role and work on partner-level search and talent consulting for Venture Capital.

He has the strategic and commercial knowledge to lead the business successfully but most importantly he has also got the heart.
