What fills your diary on a day-to-day basis?
I spend my time sourcing and presenting talents to clients, preparing candidates ahead of their interviews, and participating in the research team’s training and development by working with them on projects. When the world is open again I'm excited to get back to in-person meetings to develop Kea’s French network.
What does it take to be a successful headhunter?
Honesty and transparency, and brilliant listening skills.
My previous experience as an Investment Banker and my coverage across London and Paris.
