The collaborative, fun and supportive environment makes Kea an effortless place to work. The combination of having people who care about their jobs and about each other means we all work hard but make sure to celebrate the wins.

I try to embody the Kea value of Positive Energy in all aspects of my life. If you ask any of my colleagues I am always bouncing around the office with a smile on my face, likely distracting them from their work.

What fills your diary on a day-to-day basis?

MS

I spend most of my day liaising with candidates and clients to drive interview processes efficiently and ensure candidates have a positive experience with Kea. Alongside my role on the search-side, I involve myself with wider Kea projects such as Kea Clusters which is a network for female investors, and volunteering work with Resurgo which is a social impact charity encouraging young people into work or education.

What’s your biggest professional regret?

Either not gaining internship experience at university, or leaving a job without having another one lined up just before a global pandemic. Always have a back-up plan!!

Kea understands the importance of wellbeing and socialising outside of work.
Why Kea?

From my first interactions with Kea right up until now, my experiences with the team and the company have been just as described at each stage of the interview process. It clicked for me that this was the environment I was searching for and I enjoyed diving in and surrounding myself with a group of like-minded, hardworking, but most importantly fun people.
