I’ve loved the Kea team and culture from the first day I joined, back in 2012. Kea manages to combine a down to earth, informal atmosphere with a real and genuine passion for excellence. I enjoy being immersed in a such an interesting sector, working with great people and helping clients and candidates.

How has your previous career influenced your time at Kea?
JW
I didn’t start my career in search. Kea was my third role and I knew I had joined somewhere very special; both in terms of working in a highly successful firm but also with a team that truly cared about what we do and about each other.

What fills your diary on a day-to-day basis?
JW
Advising candidates on how to make a transition onto the buy-side, catching up with those in my network already on the buy-side and mentoring and supporting other members of the team.

Kea’s values of Drive to Improve and Positive Energy really resonate with me.As a parent, I want to be the best mum I can be. I like to think that I am setting a good example to my son by being in a job I really love.
Career development
I started out as a Researcher and have been given the runway to move into a Consultant and then VP position. Becoming a mother was naturally a huge life change and Kea has supported me through that transition.
