Growing up and in school, I was lucky enough to pursue far too many extra-curricular activities. It meant I had to be organised and good at multi-tasking, which has enabled me to keep track of multiple projects on a day-to-day basis, and maintain flexible thinking.
What fills your diary on a day-to-day basis?
Meetings with candidates to learn about their professional experience and career goals, and discuss how Kea can help with this with the clients we hire for. Deep-dives into candidate pools to pinpoint top talent specific to the role and specification our client is looking for. Being Kea’s ‘eyes and ears’ on the market - conducting wider research on a number of topics related to market trends so that Kea can remain consultative and thought partners to both candidates and clients.
How has your career developed at Kea?
The work I do at Kea sparked my interest in tech and early-stage businesses, which I now specialise in as part of the VC & Growth team here. The European landscape for tech and early-stage investing is evolving at an unprecedented pace, and I feel very privileged to have my small window of insight at this exciting time through the clients and candidates we work with, which enables Kea to be alongside them at the forefront of this growth.
