Caroline is one of the founding members of Kea Consultants, where she focuses on young professional recruitment in Venture Capital, Growth Equity and Private Equity across Europe. Prior to founding Kea, Caroline worked at a large US executive search firm, helping them build out their European team. She worked with some of the major PE and VC firms in the US and UK, placing candidates from Director down to Analyst level. With over six years of recruitment experience in the alternative asset management industry, Caroline has key insights into how hiring trends have developed. Prior to this she was at an executive search firm in London, building up their private equity franchise. Before beginning her career in executive search she worked at a FTSE 100 company as an account manager.

Hephzi is one of the founding members of Kea Consultants, where she focuses on young professional recruitment in Alternative Asset Management, including Hedge Funds and Private Equity in Europe. Prior to founding Kea, Hephzi worked for an established executive search firm in their European practice with a particular focus on the Hedge Fund community. Before this she worked in the Corporate Broking team in the UK Investment Banking division at Lehman Brothers. During her time there she worked with FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 broking clients from a range of sectors including financial, consumer, energy and infrastructure. Before going into Investment Banking, Hephzi studied at Balliol College, Oxford University.

Robin joined Kea Consultants as part of the execution team, where he focuses on placing young professionals into roles in Alternative Asset Management and Corporates. Prior to joining Kea, Robin worked at L.E.K. Consulting as an Associate, working on projects ranging from the feasibility of High Speed Rail in Norway, through deep sea drilling in the Gulf of Mexico, to the subprime finance market in the UK. Robin studied at Oriel College, Oxford University where he graduated with a BA in Theology and an MA in Anthropology. He is a keen sportsman and captained the University Boat Club in 2007.
