Hephzi is one of the founding members of Kea Consultants, where she focuses on young professional recruitment in Alternative Asset Management, including Hedge Funds and Private Equity in Europe. Prior to founding Kea, Hephzi worked for an established executive search firm in their European practice with a particular focus on the Hedge Fund community. Before this she worked in the Corporate Broking team in the UK Investment Banking division at Lehman Brothers. During her time there she worked with FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 broking clients from a range of sectors including financial, consumer, energy and infrastructure. Before going into Investment Banking, Hephzi studied at Balliol College, Oxford University.
Caroline is one of the founding members of Kea Consultants, where she focuses on mid- senior professional recruitment in Venture Capital, Growth Equity and Private Equity across Europe and Asia. Prior to founding Kea, Caroline worked at a large US executive search firm, where she built out their European presence. She worked with some of the major PE and VC firms in the US and UK, placing candidates from Director down to Analyst level. With over eight years of recruitment experience in the alternative asset management industry, Caroline has key insights into how clients hiring needs and processes have evolved and developed and as a result has reacted to these to form a very effective approach. Prior to this she was at an executive search firm in London where she built the private equity franchise and before that at Carlton Television.
Cassandra is a Director at Kea, working on a variety of mandates in the Hedge Fund and Private Equity space. Prior to joining Kea, Cassandra spent two years working in Sports Marketing and PR. Cassandra studied at the University of Cape Town, where she graduated with a BA in French and Politics.
Hazel joined Kea Consultants in July 2011. She is a Vice President who focuses mainly on junior roles in Private Equity and Venture Capital. She holds an MA in Theatre Studies and Sociology from Trinity College Dublin.
Jessica joined Kea Consultants in 2012 and is a Vice President who primarily covers mandates in the Nordic and DACH region. Prior to joining Kea, Jessica worked at Michael Page in Finance recruitment and at the Energy Saving Trust in Marketing. She studied at the University of Cape Town, where she graduated with a BA in French and History of Art.
Margareta is a Vice President at Kea Consultants and primarily in charge of European coverage and assignments for Credit and Distressed funds. Prior to joining KEA, Margareta worked at the executive search firm Blackwood Group where she focused on searches for investment banking, private equity, asset management and hedge fund clients, across all levels of experience. Before this she worked at Goldman Sachs in the Distressed Debt Group and focused on sales and sourcing of distressed debt and investment grade opportunities for clients in the pan-European region. Before going into investment banking, Margareta studied at Stockholm School of Economics in Sweden.
Lara joined Kea Consultants in 2014 and is primarily responsible for corporate mandates, focusing on finance and strategy roles within PE portfolio companies. Prior to joining Kea, she worked at KPMG, as a management consultant in the Financial Services practice. Lara graduated from the University of Leeds with a BA in Economics and is a recently qualified Management Accountant (CIMA).
Edmund Thomson Jones joined Kea in 2014 as a Vice President focused on Private Equity mandates. He previously worked at The Barton Partnership, where he specialised in placing Strategy Consultants and M&A Investment Bankers into Financial Institutions, including Private Equity funds, Bulge Bracket Investment Banks and Hedge Funds. Edmund studied at Oxford University.
Kadeem is a Consultant at Kea Consultants supporting mandates across Private Equity and Boutique Banking. Prior to joining Kea, Kadeem studied at University College London where he represented the 1st XV rugby team and graduated with a BA in French and Spanish.
Ben is an Associate Consultant at Kea Consultants supporting mandates across the Hedge Fund, Private Equity and Credit/Distressed space. Prior to joining Kea, Ben worked at Cooley LLP as a Case Assistant in their Real Estate Practice Group in Reston, VA. Ben studied at The George Washington University in Washington, D.C., where he graduated with a B.A. in International Affairs.
Sam is a Senior Researcher at Kea Consultants and supports the team on mandates across the Alternative Asset Management Space. Prior to joining Kea, Sam graduated with an MSc in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from the University of Greenwich, where he researched novel anaerobic biodegradion processes.
Bianca is a Researcher at Kea Consultants where she contributes to mandates that span the Alternative Asset Management spectrum. Prior to joining Kea, Bianca read Law at Newcastle University, interned at the Ministry of Defence and worked as a researcher at a legal recruitment firm.
Emma is the Office Manager at Kea Consultants. Prior to joining Kea, Emma worked as an Assistant Language teacher in Japan for two years. She studied at Nottingham Trent University, where she graduated with a BA in Graphic Design.
