Kea Consultants is an executive search firm founded in 2009 to focus exclusively on placing junior to mid-senior professionals (Analyst to Vice-President) in the Alternative Asset space. The attention and dedication to this section of the market, gives Kea unparalleled coverage, knowledge and insight.

Through a combined experience of investment banking, management consulting and executive search we have learnt that hiring junior resource is just as important as hiring senior members of a team. Our mandates are therefore executed with the same level of detail and depth, with particular attention paid to providing comprehensive coverage of the market. Through a range of different innovative methods we build an extensive network within the junior market, so that not only do we know the top tier people but we meet and thoroughly screen them whether they are part of an active mandate or not. This ensures that we know all the best people and are informed on all other data points such as ranking, internal structures and compensation, enabling us to be consultative in our approach.

We work with firms in the financial markets including: private equity and hedge funds, growth and venture capital funds, alternative asset managers and selective boutique advisory firms. Our services range from offering insight into the junior market including compensation data from the sell-side and buy-side, helping think strategically about junior hiring, to building successful teams across the EMEA region.
